I did my undergraduate work in history at UVA and then worked as a U.S. history editor for the Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia for about 10 years. I recently completed my master's in information sciences. I am now a librarian who oversees the Miller Center's large digital archive. I am also the managing editor for American President, a reference site on the U.S. presidents. I am also overseeing an IMLS grant which is stretching my technological knowledge and introducing me to the field of digital humanities. So much to learn!
